The star around which the human home-world Earth orbits, a non-variable, yellow-white star, spectral type G.[1] It is orbited by the planets Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Persephone, Caïna, Antenora, and Ptolomaea, in addition to the escaped Neptunian moon Pluto and a variety of asteroids and meteoroids.
