Silvereyes is the furthest Human world from Earth orbiting around the star Beta Hydri I[1] located at a distance of 60 days at standard hyperdrive speeds[2]. It's described as an Earthlike world blue-on-blue with a shredded white could cover. [1]

The planet has five giant slaver sunflower fields described as ovals each the size of Mongolia or Iran. If you caught the planet at the right moment with two of the fields showing in the daylight they look like gleaming silver eyes peering into space therefore giving the planet its name. The sunflowers of Silvereyes differ from those located in other places like the Ringworld being gray colored, taller and with black photosynthetic nodes instead of green. They also don't seem as aggressive as one of the fields is in plain sight of a spaceport and visitors can look at the sunflowers without being burned.[1]

Locations in Silvereyes include Bradbury's Landing. Someone from Silvereyes is called Silverman. A custom of Silvereyes seems to be the giving of luck-gifts wherein you give a gift and expect nothing in return in exchange for luck.[1]

General Products used to have an office on Silvereyes before it was closed during the Puppeteer migration.[1]

The Man-Kzin Wars books, conversely, have it entirely covered by a world ocean, with groves of sunflowers growing up from the bottom of the ocean.
